1. The service

Coastal IQ is a free service that estimates likely changes in local demand for the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area, using signals such as weather, events, school holidays and seasonal patterns. It is provided to help businesses plan.

2. Forecasts are estimates

Coastal IQ provides estimates, not guarantees. It does not predict exact footfall, revenue or visitor numbers. Demand scores and uplift ranges are indicative and should be treated as one input among many. You are responsible for your own business decisions, including staffing, stock and trading hours.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the data without our permission.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the service at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal IQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its forecasts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

6. Intellectual property

The Coastal IQ name, content and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own business planning, but you may not copy or reuse our content beyond that without permission.

7. Privacy

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
